Refund Policy for Elixir Tea
We aim to deliver high-quality tea products in excellent condition. Refunds are available only for damaged or defective products.
Eligible Refund Cases
You may request a refund if:
- Product is damaged during delivery
- Product is defective
- Package is received in tampered condition
Non-Eligible Cases
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Taste preferences
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Delay caused by courier services
- Opened or used products not damaged or defective
How to Request a Refund

If return shipment is approved, products must be sent to:

Refund Process
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
